Call for Nominations: Men’s Trust Fund

Pursuant to the approved Governance structure of June 3, 2001 and the bylaws of Field Hockey Canada the following position is subject to election by the FHC male membership.

   1 Trustee, elected for three years, term to expire in 2012  

Please note that only individuals who are members of FHC are eligible to be elected and can vote for this position.  The Trustees are elected by the Provincial Presidents representing men’s hockey and by the male members of the FHC Executive.

The responsibilities of the Men’s Olympic Endowment Fund can be found in the governance section of the Field Hockey Canada website.
Attached is a nomination form, which should be copied if you will be nominating more than one individual.  A separate form must be completed for each nomination. All nominees must sign and date the nomination form to signify acceptance of their nomination.
If you or someone you know has an interest in running for election to the Men’s Olympic Endowment Fund, please ensure that they receive this package.

The deadline for receipt of nominations by the National Office is 4:30PM EST, July 3, 2009.
