Field Hockey Ontario holds Annual General Meeting

Field Hockey Ontario held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, November 14th in Toronto.

The meeting was well attended by representatives of field hockey across the province.  One of the major decisions arising from the event was the decision for FHO to support the launch of the FunStix program.  FunStix is a new national mini-game program aimed at participants aged 6 – 10 currently under development by Field Hockey Canada.

FHO decided to offer its clubs an opportunity to apply for funding to help set up programs in schools to run FunStix.

Also decided at the meeting was for FHO to run a series of Under-9 Festival Days during the summer of 2010.
