Rise and Shine, an Unexpected Wake Up Call

Our second day of rest began with Big Alv barging into our rooms hours before our wake up time – yelling and screaming that everyone has to get up for a run – the last one out was going to be thrown into the cold hotel pool (I believe that an ice bath are warmer than that pool), In less than 5 minutes we were all out of bed doing a short run and stretching with Steacy.

Breakfast could not come fast enough.

After digesting our food for a bit, we had another stretch – yoga session with Steacy. During which we had a guest appearance from the parents who serenaded us with “I’m a lumberjack “(some of the best singing I’ve heard in a while).

We then had some free time to chill on our day off.

However, it was short lived because we soon had another run/stretch and a little street ball. We got back quickly to the hotel once it started to rain and then had our third meal of he day at la Fonda (the hotel restaurant).

We ended the day with a very long meeting detailing our game plan for Argentina tomorrow.

Everybody was in bed by 10:00 pm to be prepared for an early 7am wake up tomorrow.
