Sandison to T.O. at Champions Challenge I

Derek Sandison, of Mississauga, Ontario, has been appointed by the International Hockey Federation as a Techncial Officer for the FIH Men’s Champions Challenge I to be played in Argentina from 6 – 13 December 2009.

The event features the 8 best nations in the world not competing in the 2009 Men’s Champions Trophy.  The recently crowed Pan American Champions from Canada will be among the entrants.

Sandison is a veteran official of international events.  He is also the current Treasurer of the Pan American Hockey Federation.
