FHC announces women’s team for January tour

Field Hockey Canada and head coach Louis Mendonca today announced the names of the 18 women who will be competing with the senior national team on an upcoming tour this January. Also included in the release are the names of the additional athletes who will train with the squad in preparation for the event. The exact location of the tour is yet to be finalized.
The total onshore and offshore squad features athletes from British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, and Prince Edward Island.
Both Katie Baker and Stephanie Nesbitt will share the responsibility of captaining the team on the tour.
