Lydia started playing field hockey when she was 5 years old because her cousins played and she thought it looked cool. She has played for Sea to Sky FHC for 5 years now. Lydia plays on the division 1 team and regularly plays up for the premier team. In the future she hopes to play on a university team and play for team Canada. This past year, she played on the U16 BC Blue Provincial Team where they came 1st at nationals and the U16 National Team for the Den Bosh Netherlands Tour. Her high school field hockey team ended up winning the AA BC school sports provincials in November. Later that month, she played in the Shooting Sars Thanksgiving Tournament with Sea to Sky where they won a gold medal in their pool. She loves to travel, so being able to go to cool places like the Netherlands is so fun and such a great experience.

Fun fact: She lived in Greece for 6 months when she was 2!
If she could have a superpower: She would choose teleportation. She would be able to teleport to any place at any time for free. She would be able to go to Greece, Sweden, Belgium, and every other place on her bucket list.
