Thora Rae

Born and raised in Vancouver, Thora grew up very active playing sports like field hockey, soccer and cheerleading. She began to play field hockey at the age of 10 and very quickly excelled. She is currently a member of the Vancouver Hawks Field Hockey Club.

Thora made her senior national team debut in 2016 and has recently become a steady player in the program. She stepped back onto the world stage by being on the 2021 Junior National Team and then the 2022 National Team for the Pan American Cup.

Her greatest field hockey memory was travelling to Amsterdam in 2014 to watch the Field Hockey World Cup.
