Amanat Dhillon has been playing field hockey since she was just three years old, always wearing her signature white headband during games. Inspired by her father, a lifelong field hockey player, she grew up surrounded by the sport, watching him coach her older cousins and developing her own passion for the game. From a young age, she dreamed of representing Canada at the Olympics, and her dedication has led her to compete at the highest levels.

Dhillon led the U16 BC Blue Team to an undefeated season, securing a national championship title with one goal and 16 assists. She was named MVP in a key tournament match and went on to captain Canada’s U17 team on tour in the Netherlands. Now, she takes another step toward her dream, competing with the U18 Canadian team in France. With her skill, leadership, and determination, Dhillon continues to make her mark on the international stage.
