Puneet has been playing field hockey for eight years. She started with Fraser Valley Field Hockey Club and now competes in the Women’s Premier Division with Tigers Field Hockey Club and in the Men’s B and C Divisions with Burnaby Lake.
She has represented Team BC U16 in 2023 and 2024, captaining the team to gold at Nationals while earning Tournament 11 honors and Top Goal Scorer. Her achievements led to her being named Field Hockey BC’s U16 Female Athlete of the Year. A NextGen athlete since 2022, she played for U17 Team Canada (2024) and has been selected for the U18 team traveling to France in 2025. She currently plays for the Junior National Team and will make her debut at the 2026 Junior Pan American Championship.
