Alicia Scarlett played competitive ice hockey for eleven years and discovered field hockey at the age of twelve with the Chelsea Phénix field hockey club. Alicia attended her first Nationals in 2023 representing Quebec and fell in love with the sport. Ever since, she has prioritized field hockey and has made great strides to constantly improve her skills. Nominated team captain in the two subsequent years, Alicia demonstrated leadership and commitment to her teammates and coaches. This, coupled with her determination to improve, helped her gain two awards at the 2025 FHC U16 National Championship, Tournament 11and Principles Award. This March, Alicia will travel to Wales with the U18 Next Gen team. Alicia is eager to continue learning and building her field hockey path with other international opportunities and to continue representing Canada at the highest level.
