Arjan Brar

Arjan Brar grew up in Abbotsford, BC, and developed a strong passion for field hockey at just five years old. During his youth career, Brar and his club team, Abbotsford Field Hockey Club, were regarded as one of the most dominant teams in Greater Vancouver Junior Field Hockey League history, consistently winning league titles and multiple tournaments each season. Brar also captured U16 and U18 BC Club Championships while playing up multiple age groups prior to COVID. He stepped away from field hockey to focus on competing at a high level in basketball and ice hockey before making his official return in summer 2025, five years later.
