Courtenay Underwood

Who am I?

Courtenay Underwood grew up in North Vancouver BC and began playing field hockey at age 6 in 2017 with the Sea to Sky  field hockey club. Since starting the sport, she has developed a strong passion for the game and continues to build her skills through both club and school competition. In 2025 she represented team BC at the U16 national championships. She also plays for Collingwood School, where the team earned a bronze medal at the 2025 BC provincial championships. Alongside field hockey, she participates in competitive dance, which helps develop her strength coordination, and overall athletic ability.
