Emma Heron

Who am I?

Emma started playing field hockey in Grade 7 and is a disciplined multi-sport student-athlete committed to competing at the highest level. She has played for the Toronto Dolphins club on both U16 and U18/19 teams for the past three seasons.  In high school, she won CISAA championship titles with the varsity field hockey and ice hockey teams. Emma was honoured to represent Ontario Red at the 2025 U16 National Championships in Brampton, finishing second overall and ranking second in tournament scoring.
