Aven Trickey

Aven began her field hockey career at age 10 with the Royals, playing with both learn to play and up with the U16 team. Competing against older athletes from the start helped her development and strengthened her competitive drive. A few years later, Aven started playing with teams in Oshawa and Oakville, gaining valuable experience and learning new things. She competed in my first national championship at 14 and was chosen to play again at 15, as one of the team captains. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete in ice hockey, soccer, and volleyball shaped her versatility and athleticism.
