Caitlyn has been dedicated to field hockey for years but fully committed to the sport a couple of years ago. Since then, she has excelled at every level, earning multiple MVP awards with her high school team and being named Athlete of the Year for two consecutive years. She has proudly represented Alberta and Canada at the U16 and U18 levels, competing internationally in the Netherlands, Scotland, and Wales.
A standout leader, Mullen was co-captain of Alberta’s U16 team, winning bronze at Nationals in 2023 and earning a spot on Tournament 11. In 2024, she captained Alberta’s U18 team, once again securing Tournament 11 honors. As a NextGen athlete for the past two years, she has been coached by some of Canada’s best. Committed to playing university field hockey while studying Kinesiology, she looks forward to continuing to competing at the U Sports level and hopes to one day represent Canada on the senior national team.
