Ellie started playing field hockey at the age of 10, following in her sister’s footsteps. Since then, she has become a key player at both the provincial and national levels. One of her proudest achievements was leading her high school team to its first provincial title in 50 years. She has been named to the Tournament Top 11 twice at Nationals and was awarded Tournament MVP in 2025.
Ellie has also gained international experience, competing with the U17 Canadian National Team in the Netherlands, where she helped the team secure a sixth-place finish and scored her first international goal. She has earned multiple Player of the Game honors at Nationals and continues to push herself toward new heights in the sport. With aspirations of competing for Canada’s senior national team and one day playing in the Olympics, Ellie remains dedicated to her field hockey journey.
