Emilie Proulx

Émilie Proulx grew up in Calgary, AB. She was a multi-sport athlete for most of her youth and committed fully to field hockey in 2022. Since 2023, Émilie has trained with the NextGen program and Legacy Academy, and has competed with team Alberta for the past three years. Émilie is honoured to compete with the U18 National Team at the CanAm Indoor Series and is excited to represent Canada at the U18 Youth Tour in Poland. She is motivated to keep growing as a field hockey athlete and hopes to continue her development at the university level.
