Josiah Campbell

Josiah was born in Durban, South Africa, which is where he was raised in and around the game of field hockey and has been playing since he was 5. As a kid, he watched both his older siblings play field hockey and this truly engraved the love for the sport for Josiah. He moved to Canada when he was 13 and since then he has played in two u18 nationals for Alberta, receiving tournament 11 at the previous nationals, as well as two bronze medals. Josiah has been selected to play for the u19 men’s indoor team to play in the ‘24 Canam series, this is the biggest step in achieving his aspirations of playing for his country in the Olympics.
