Lauren Eng

Lauren began playing field hockey at age 13 with her school team and began competitively playing at 15. Since then, she has been dedicated to the sport, continuing to develop her skills and passion for the game.  She competed on U18 Team Ontario at the 2025 Nationals and is also part of the NextGen program. Looking ahead, Lauren is excited to continue growing as a player and pursuing new opportunities in field hockey.
