As a Nexgen Athlete since 2023, Mackenna has been selected for prestigious international opportunities, including the U-16 team in Den Bosch (2023), U-18 team in Scotland and Wales (2024), and U-21 JPAC Reserve (2024) and now the 2025 Junior Pan Am Games in Paraguay.

Mackenna has achieved remarkable success with Team BC, winning U-16 National Championships in 2022 and 2023, where she was named MVP and earned Tournament 11 honors both years.
