Mya Abayof

Mya Abayof grew up in Cambridge, Ontario, where she began playing field hockey at a young age. She has played with the KW Dragons for the past 10 years and continues to compete at a high level. In 2024, Abayof captained Team Ontario’s U16 team to a silver medal at Nationals and later captained the Ontario White U18 team at the 2025 Nationals. She is a member of the NextGEN program and has been selected for a youth tour team traveling to Poland in April 2026. At the high school level, she was named Field Hockey MVP in 2025 and a WCSSAA All-Star in 2024 and 2025. Abayof is committed to play at Western University beginning in Fall 2026.
