Oliver Olstad

I began playing field hockey at a young age with Red Deer Storm, where I quickly developed a passion for the sport and competition. I went on to represent Team Alberta for four years, gaining valuable experience and growing as both a player and teammate. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to train with Team Canada as I prepare for the 2026 U18 tournament. My journey hasn’t been without challenges — after tearing my ACL, MCL, and meniscus, I underwent surgery and worked hard to return stronger. Alongside hockey, I compete nationally in rock climbing and love spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, ice climbing, and fishing.
