The Events Coordinator is a short-term, full-time position supported through Canada Summer Jobs funding. This role plays a key part in supporting successful event planning, event delivery, and related communications activities during the summer months. The priority event for the 2026 Events Coordinator is the 2026 National Championships located in Surrey, BC and Calgary, AB. The Events Coordinator will work closely with the Events and Engagement Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Communications Manager, and local organizing committees to support the execution of Field Hockey Canada events across the country.

The Communications Coordinator is a short‑term, full‑time position supported through Canada Summer Jobs funding, created to enhance Field Hockey Canada’s communications, marketing, sponsorship, and fundraising capacity during the summer season. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role will work closely with the Communications team, Chief Executive Officer, and program leads, with an emphasis on digital communications, social media, and storytelling.

The Special Projects Coordinator (Hall of Fame) is a short‑term, full‑time position supported through Canada Summer Jobs funding, focused on supporting Field Hockey Canada’s Hall of Fame and historical archives initiatives. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Coordinator will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Hall of Fame Committee, and internal staff to deliver storytelling, communications, archival, and event-related projects connected to the Hall of Fame portfolio.

The Sport Science Apprentice is a short-term, full-time position supported through Canada Summer Jobs funding. This role provides a valuable applied learning opportunity for emerging sport science practitioners to work directly within a high-performance sport environment. Reporting to the Data and Performance Scientist and IST Lead, the Sport Science Apprentice will assist, support, deliver, and observe strength and conditioning, sport science, and performance monitoring practices within Field Hockey Canada’s National Team Programs.
