Field Hockey Canada > 2012 Field Hockey Canada Under 18 National Championships underway in Calgary
Canada’s top field hockey athletes under the age of 18 are in Calgary this week to compete in the 2012 Field Hockey Canada U18 National Championships. The tournament is underway at the University of Calgary, July 18th – 22nd.
This year showcases athletes from coast to coast. Nine women’s teams will compete, representing Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. There are two teams from Alberta and three from British Columbia. The U18 National Championships will feature many athletes on the Canadian Women’s Junior Under 17 Team.
