Field Hockey Canada is excited to announce the dates and location for the 2025 U18 and U16 National Championships. Both tournaments will take place in Brampton, Ontario. U18 National Championship: July 24-29, 2025 | U16 National Championship: July 31-Aug 5, 2025
Volunteer at Nationals
Become a volunteer with Field Hockey Canada at our 2025 U18 & U16 National Championships!
We will provide you with:
- A t-shirt & accreditation
- Volunteer training (online &/or in person)
- Sign off on your volunteer hours for high school
- A letter to reduce or waive fees associated with your Criminal or Vulnerable Sectors Check
You will be required to:
- Register on our online portal – FREE
- Complete Safesport training – FREE
- Provide a Criminal Record Check if you are 18 or older that is valid within the last 3 years – At cost to the individual
- Some positions require a Vulnerable Sector Check instead, if you are 18 or older that is valid within the last 3 years and are indicated on the sign up sheet – At cost to the individual
- Once you have signed up with us, we will reach out to provide more details on how to complete our requirements outlined above. We will be able to provide you with a letter to help reduce the fees linked to the Criminal or Vulnerable Sector Check with your local police department. Some of the volunteer times may be subject to change once the game schedule is finalized in June.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Stay tuned for the official tournament schedule closer to the event. The U18 tournament will take place from July 24-July 29 and the U16s will play from July 31 to August 5. More details coming shortly.
COMMUNITY DAY
Community day will be July 30, 2025. Come out, try hockey and participate in games and socializing with the community. More information will be posted soon.

National Championship Logo Contest
Congrats to Meghan Lovell for submitting the winning logo. We had over 25 logos submitted, three finalists and one winner of the overall vote for this year’s National Championships logo contest. We’re looking forward to sharing the logo leading up to and during the event!
