The Canadian Women’s Indoor National Team is set to host a 4-Nation competition in Mississauga, Ontario from December 5-7th. South Africa, USA and Argentina will be joining two teams from Canada (Canada and Canada “A’,” a development squad) in the competition.
The Canadian team is preparing for the Indoor World Cup in February in Leipzeig, Germany. Canada won the Indoor Pan Am Cup in Montevideo, Uruguay in April by defeating Argentina in the final 3-1.
The Four Nations tournament is a key piece of the team’s preparation in the final months before the World Cup.
Games are at Hersey Centre in Mississauga. Tickets are $10/day or $25 for the weekend and can be purchased at the door.
