In May, the Canadian Women’s Junior National Team will travel to Buenos Aires to compete in a series of test matches against Argentina and Chile, two of Canada’s main opponents at the upcoming Junior Pan American Championships in September. This test series marks the beginning of a heavy training phase for the Junior Women as they prepare for the Championships, which also serve as a qualifier for the 2013 Junior World Cup.
“We will be focusing on the development of effective playing combinations while continuing to build on our philosophy of play,” says Head Coach Peter Milkovich.
