With the 2016 Olympic Games starting this week with Friday’s Opening Ceremony followed by Canada’s first field hockey game on Saturday against Germany, it is time for another look in on the journey to the Games for our Men’s National Team.
In the second part of “Canada’s Other Hockey,” a three part series documenting Canada’s #RoadToRio, share in the sacrifice and balance necessary to become an Olympian, the stress involved with making the team, and the elation when the big moment finally comes.
