Field Hockey Canada is excited to host the 2026 U18 National Championships in Surrey, British Columbia at Tamanawis Park. The tournament will take place from July 21 – 26, 2026.

Parking Information

  • All teams and staff can park in the main Tamanawis parking lot
  • All spectators, volunteers and overflow can park in the following areas:
    • Baseball diamond next to the pitch, which can be accessed off of 64 ave.
    • The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Canada, an Alberta special acts corporation on 6272 – 126th St, Surrey BC, V3X 1T9 from Wednesday & Thursday ONLY
    • Free street parking is also available in the yellow highlighted zones.

Field Hockey Canada is proud to announce MatchVue streaming as the official streaming partner of the U18 Field Hockey Canada Nationals Championships in Surrey, BC. MatchVue Streaming is a dedicated supporter and promoter of the sports community. Their mission is to always bring the excitement and passion of sports to fans everywhere. MatchVue brought you the action of 2024's Indoor Pan Am Cup and Junior Pan Am Championships.

APPAREL PARTNER 

Field Hockey Canada is proud to announce North West Designs Inc. as the official event apparel partner of Field Hockey Canada National Championships. They will provide their services onsite for each respective event.

U18s: Friday July 24 - Sunday July 26

U16s: Friday August 7 - Sunday August 9

VENDORS AND FOOD TRUCKS 

Rolling Joe Coffee Truck is Vancouver's go-to spot for freshly brewed coffee on the move. This locally-minded trailer specializes in serving drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, Lotus Energy beverages, and a rotating selection of freshly baked pastries. Proudly sourcing coffee beans and baked goods from North Vancouver, Rolling Joe delivers quality and flavour with every cup. Whether you're grabbing a morning pick-me-up or treating yourself to a midday break, they’re all about providing great coffee with a local touch.

Rolling Joe will be on-site until 12 from July 22nd to 26th.
A Meet 2 Eat food truck will be on-site providing delicious food options for athletes and spectators. The truck will be on-site on the following days:

July 25th: 12-8pm

July 26th: 12-4pm

GET INVOLVED WITH FIELD HOCKEY CANADA 

Partnering with the respective cities and local provincial sport organizations, Field Hockey Canada is now accepting proposals from local, regional and national partners. If you’d like to find out more, contribute to and support or partner with these events, please contact Hailey Yhap at hyhap@fieldhockey.ca  

BECOME A VOLUNTEER 

We will provide you with: 

  • A t-shirt & accreditation 
  • Volunteer training (online &/or in person) 
  • Sign off on your volunteer hours for high school 
  • A letter to reduce or waive fees associated with your Criminal or Vulnerable Sectors Check *if you are 18 years old and up  

You will be required to: 

  • Register on our online portal – FREE 
  • Complete Safesport training – FREE 
  • Provide a Criminal Record Check if you are 18 or older that is valid within the last 3 years – At cost to the individual 
  • Some positions require a Vulnerable Sector Check instead, if you are 18 or older that is valid within the last 3 years and are indicated on the sign up sheet – At cost to the individual 

Once you have signed up with us, we will reach out to provide more details on how to complete our requirements outlined above. We will be able to provide you with a letter to help reduce the fees linked to the Criminal or Vulnerable Sector Check with your local police department.
