FIELD HOCKEY CANADA RESPONSE TO COVID-19: HALL OF FAME POSTPONEMENT
Field Hockey Canada has been closely monitoring the global situation with COVID-19. As you may know, the World Health Organization has now declared this a pandemic. Many events are being cancelled, including the PAHF Pan Am Games Indoor event scheduled for March. Having consulted widely, Field Hockey Canada has taken the difficult decision to postpone the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony scheduled for the 28th March. This will now be re-scheduled for later in the year.
We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause; however the health and wellbeing of our community is of prime importance to us. The Hall of Fame is very important to Field Hockey Canada and we will look forward to hosting this later in the year, most likely in Fall.
If you paid via etransfer already for your ticket(s), Field Hockey Canada will be in touch with a full refund. Do not hesitate to contact us if this process extends too long. Thank you for your understanding.
