World Financial Group Canada Inc. supports Junior Men’s National Team en route to World Cup
Field Hockey Canada is delighted to announce the World Financial Group Canada Inc. sponsorship of the Junior Men’s National Team ahead of the upcoming Junior World Cup.

The Junior World Cup is taking place in Bhubaneswar, India. The Junior Men’s National Team qualified after coming fourth in the Junior Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile at the end of August.
Field Hockey Canada CEO Susan Ahrens said that the new partnership came at the perfect time to help support the FHC national junior team on achieving their World Cup Dreams.
“We can’t thank World Financial enough for the generous support of our junior men,” Ahrens said. “The Junior World Cup will be an amazing experience for these young men and having the support and commitment of community sponsors goes such a long way. We can’t wait to watch our men on the field next week in India.”
The Junior Men’s National Team departed this week for India and the competition starts on November 24th. They will meet Poland on opening day, France one day later and then finish pool play with a game against the host country India.
