Field Hockey Canada > Photos: Women's National Team spends day off at Wildlife Sanctuary

After playing six of its eight games in Australia, Canada’s women’s field hockey team had a few days off before finishing with two final games against Queensland.

Below are photos from the team’s visit to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in Gold Coast, Australia.

The sanctuary features “hundreds of native Australian animals on display in natural bush land and rainforest settings” and “provides a rare opportunity to see and experience our amazing native wildlife,” according to its website.
