The Junior Pan American Championship will be hosted in Surrey, BC between the dates of July 3-12, 2024. The tournament was previously hosted in Canada in 2016, in Toronto, and has subsequently been hosted in Chile and Barbados. This is the second time that Canada will play host in the history of the event.
The tournament will take place in July at Tamanawis Park in Surrey, BC. The tournament will feature the junior women’s and men’s division over 10 days in July. Canada will be among the favourites in the tournament, along with Argentina, Chile and USA. The Junior Women’s Team is coming off a gold medal in 2021 and a fourth-place finish in 2023, qualifying for back-to-back Junior World Cups. The Canadian Junior Men’s side has earned the silver medal in three of the last four Junior Pan American Championships including 2023 in Bridgetown, Barbados. Both the men’s and women’s teams will be attending their respective 2023 Junior World Cups in December.

General Admission
This is our secondary viewing area, which includes non-covered bleachers, as well as standing room.
Premium Admission
This is our prime viewing area, which includes a covered main stand and front row access bleachers.
For week pass admission, you will receive a pink bracelet.
For day pass admission, you will receive a yellow bracelet.
VIP Area
This is our VIP area for political guests, sponsors and major donors. These individuals will be provided access via special passes from Field Hockey Canada.
Designated shuttle buses will pick you up in front of your hotel and drop you off at the venue in the designated bus zone on the below map. Drop off and pick up point will be the same point at the venue.
If you have a vehicle for the duration of the tournament, you will be able to park your vehicle in the shuttle bus drop off and pick up zone. This area has been reserved for tournament personnel ONLY. All parking at the facility is FREE. Spectator parking will be at the secondary school north of the venue.
Opening Ceremonies – will be held on Wednesday July 3rd 2024 at 5:00pm at Tamanawis Park, Lower Field, prior to the Canada versus Chile women’s match. The ceremony will last 30 minutes and will parade the teams in front of the crowd.
Closing Ceremonies – will be held on Friday July 12th 2024 after the conclusion of the final match. Scheduled ceremony start is 7:15pm. The ceremony will last 30 minutes and medals will be presented to the winning teams (gold, silver & bronze).

From setting up the field site each day, gather water and ice for teams, to helping teams move around Surrey, to parking support, there are many fun and rewarding availabilities.
